Fremantle Prison Experience

One night a group of friends and myself had gone on a Halloween tour of one of the prisons in our town as an outing (Fremantle Prison). There were about 20 of us and we started in the clothing quarters where all the prisoners were given their uniforms and some of the girls started to get spooked saying that they could hear noises. The prison had been officially closed as a place for prisoners for about five years and re-opened as a tourist attraction the past two years or so. As we neared the main holding cell block all the tour guides dressed up as ghosts started jumping out making everyone go on edge. When they jumped out they each told a little story about the prison and it's famous prisoners. As one of the tour guides was telling their story I decided to walk up a little farther. I checked out one of the fully decked out cells and as I turned around I felt a chill run through my body and I felt like my head was being pushed to look upwards. Sure enough, as I looked up I saw the light from outside shining through the window and I saw a shadow walking past the window. I waited thinking that it was a tour guide that was going to jump out and try to scare us but no one jumped out and when I looked back for the group they were at the end of the cell block. No one saw me standing there; they had moved on looking for me but I was standing in the middle of the hallway where everyone could see me, for those couple of minutes I was in my own little world, then re-appeared again. According to all 19 of my friends I disappeared but I didn’t go anywhere, I was just looking up at the shadow.
