Greenwich Village Scare

Hi. This happened to my husband, myself and a couple of friends. One summer a few years ago, couple of us had rented an apt. in New York's Greenwich Village. It was a second story studio near the corner of Sullivan and Bleeker Streets. We would all work all day and party pretty hard at night, then crash in the apt. One night my husband and I were sleeping on our bed when my husband awoke to someone shaking him violently. He opened his eyes only to find no one there. He went back to sleep. The next morning we were all having coffee and our friend Tom who was sleeping in the same room, said that he was awoken the same night to see a silicone ball bouncing violently across the length of the apt. It made so much noise that it woke him up. He raised his head from the pillow and looked across the room where my husband and I were sleeping. He said that he could see my body shaking as if someone was pushing and shaking me awake, but could see no physical form doing this! It really freaked him out. We stayed in that apt. for a few weeks longer and then moved on, leaving Tom there by himself. After we left he said he had a few incidents occur, but only one major one, which pretty much made him move out! One night he had come home with a girl and they had gotten to know each other pretty good Afterward, they had fallen asleep. He said he was awoken to someone touching him in an intimate way on his nether regions. He thought it was his new friend who had woken up and wanted to have some more fun. He opened his eyes to find the sensation still going on (he was becoming aroused) but there was no physical being! He could see the sheet that was covering him was moving from underneath! He quickly pulled the sheet back to find nothing!! He said that was it! He and his friend went to her place that night, and he only went back to get his stuff the next day. We let the lease run out to the end of the summer without any of us returning.
